what are subliminals?

subliminals are audios with quiet, positive affirmations (eg. i'm happy, i'm so confident, etc.) underneath calming sounds / music that your subconscious mind can hear and accept as facts. it is a form of manifestation

how to listen to them?

you should have a pretty positive mindset and consistently listen to your fave subs !
